We’re a group of road cyclists who want to get faster — and have fun.

If you’d like to get faster too, join us at Caribou Coffee at 3220 Ingersoll Ave., Des Moines, on Wednesday and Friday mornings beginning April 13. We depart at 6 a.m. sharp.

Saturday and Sunday rides depart at 8 a.m. starting May 7.

We have three routes to choose from, depending on your speed and time constraints. Click “routes” to learn more. These are “no drop” rides.

Please join us, whether you plan to ride regularly or want to drop in while in town on business. We’d love to get to know you.
